Hi, I’m Neville Andrew Mehra.
I live life on my terms and I believe that you can too.
I’m always on the move and learning as I go. I have traveled to, lived in, and worked from hundreds of cities across more than 50 countries around the world. Along the way, I’ve taken a few businesses from “idea-on-a-napkin” to the first $1,000,000 and beyond.
These days my life is full of excitement and adventure — from climbing the mountains around Machu Picchu, skiing in the foothills of the Himalayas, and learning how to surf in Bali…
…to sleeping under the stars in the Sahara desert, riding horses in Patagonia, and hiking on active volcanoes and swimming with wild dolphins in Hawaii!
But my life wasn’t always like this…
It all changed when I decided to quit my stuck-at-the-office job and leave the corporate rat race behind. I’ve never looked back since. In 2012 I decided to become a digital nomad (read the rest of the story here).
Now I’m on a mission to help 1,000,000 people escape from the unfulfilling “default life plan” and to start living their dreams instead.
What I Believe
The default path is not for everyone. You don’t need to borrow a bunch of money and go to a university just to learn something. Don’t waste your life stuck in traffic. Being successful doesn’t have to mean spending the next 30 years sitting in a cubicle at some corporate job you hate. You don’t need a bigger house or a new car. Owning more stuff won’t make you happy.
You have more options than you realize. Build an app. Start a startup. Become a pro surfer. Volunteer on an organic farm somewhere far away. Quit your law firm and open a bakery. It’s never too late. Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. So challenge yourself every day and embark on more adventures. Take a trip around the world or across the railroad tracks. See how the other half lives. Share a meal with a stranger. You might make a new friend or meet the love of your life.
Celebrate your wins, learn from your losses, and savor life’s little pleasures. Make time to reflect and be grateful for what you already have. Health is wealth. So are family, friends, and freedom. Wherever you go and whatever you do, remember that the journey is the reward. So be present and take it all in.
Escape. Explore. Experience.
